Our philosophy can be summed simply: it's the Golden Rule. We always try to treat you the way we'd like to be treated. There are a few corollaries to this:

• We Take Care of You, Not Your Insurance Company.
• You deserve respect, both personally and of your time. We'll get you in on time or very close to it, and on those rare occasions that we can't, we'll tell you why.
• It's your blood, your money, and you should know your own results -- we'll try to give you all your results, either by phone if it's urgent or in writing, whether positive or negative. And we'll do so in plain language as much as we can.
• If you stay out of the hospital, I stay out of the hospital and we'll both last longer. Your health pays off for both of us.
• Yugos and Cadillacs are both cars, but they're not the same. No one expects them to cost the same either. Medical care should not be "Yugo" class, and will NEVER be so here!
